TOPIC: ESI (Electronically Stored Information) and Digital Assets Storage Strategies

Cloud computing, virtual servers and desktops, social media, and smart phones are examples of the ever increasing locations and volume of Electronically Stored Information (ESI). Processes, procedures, overall backup and retention strategies that protect your firm’s digital assets and help shield you from risk are a paramount part of your success in the workplace and in the court room.

Together we will explore some of the challenges and solutions that establish a confidence in your firm that the data will be there when and where it is needed and stored in a manner that meets the “best practices” requirements for the courts and regulatory agencies.
