The Annual ALA Dallas Chapter EXPO Event will be held on March 1, 2012 at the Belo Pavilion from 11:30 - 1:30PM. Please mark your calendars for this fun event. Over 50 of our fantastic Business Partners will be present to show off all of their capabilities and what's new and exciting in the legal work place. Please make time to attend this event and help support our Business Partners the way they support us. The cost of this event is FREE to all of our members and guests. Lunch will be provided for all attendees. Please fill out a registration form and return to Bart Allin at wallin@hunton.com. Click on the link "EXPO Event 2012" below to access your registration form. You are welcome to invite other decision makers from your firm to attend this event. We have invited the LMA (Legal Marketing Group) and DAPA (Dallas Area Paralegals Association) to join us this year as well. EXPO Event 2012 At the upcoming ALA 2012 Annual Conference in Honolulu, we will again host an idea exchange for ALA members in the personal injury plaintiff practice areas. Attached is a flyer announcing the session with an invitation from the moderator, Susan Gerovasil, CLM, to participate in that idea exchange and to meet other personal injury plaintiff law firm administrators for dinner.

PIPIE FlyerThe ALA Annual Conference & Exposition is being held April 22-26, 2012, at the Hawaii Convention Center located in the Hilton Hawaiian Village, Honolulu, Hawaii.
The Dallas Chapter members donated books, puppets and money to the Children’s Medical Center Dallas at the Chapter Holiday Party on December 7, 2011. Generous Chapter members donated 423 books, 3 puppets and $50.00.

The Dallas Chapter ALA is offering members an incentive for bringing new members into our organization. All you need to do is refer a candidate for ALA International and Dallas Chapter membership. Once the prospective new member is approved and their membership is paid, you will receive your $50 reward.
